Thats the whole problem with this industry now! Companies don't want to pay to get good work instead they'll get some hack who doesn't know a meter from his joey and pay him to screw things up and then wonder why the MSO's get so pissed off and ruin it for all of us. Wake up Primes and quit taking the low paying contracts and hurting everyone.
