Some factoring companies are imperial in their attitudes and seem to have a complete disregard for the relationship you have built with your cusotmer. You were right to shy away from them. I have heard some horror stories of good relationships being strained because of over agressive verification by invoice purchasers caused mostly by an ignorance of the nature of the Cable contract business.
Looks like you found some good folks to work with and as long as they treat you right and you have a need for capital assistance outside of standard lending institutions, you should continue to use them.
