I hear ya woods, This industry just kicked me in the teeth for the last time, I stopped installing satellites 2 weeks ago and came back one more time. I got my route today and guess what? one a.m. job and customer not home, it's now 8:30 a.m. and i've got two more jobs.....after 1:30 p.m. So it's 5 hrs. downtime with no compensation. I gave them 9.5 hrs. last week waiting on my p.m. jobs and 11 hrs the week before that! I liked the small company i worked for but the mso's don't comprehend the aspect of piecework at all. I wish that all would realize that if we keep takin it things will never change, I wonder what they would do if all stopped working until the prices and respect returned? Good luck buddy, i hope all goes well.
