Thank You, That's about what I heard so far, that the wavetek/Acterna CLI is the way to go. It is a drop project.
I have an opportunity to pick up 3 used MS1400's for 2,000.
Is it worth it and are they sufficient for ingress. My only problem with ebay is time a restraint. I need them ASAP. Which is why I was thinking rental/leasing. Thanks again for the reply.
