thats the problem

Most HSP's now have soo many techs and some I have worked for actually discourage to much contact between techs.
I suggested a forum and or chat room for the last one i worked at and they shot it down like it was a rabbid dog.
can you imagine the power the technician would have if they all got on the same page?and was able to all communicate.
Most Techs for DTV EVEN though they are HSP employees act like individual contractors because of lack of communication.
and the HSP heads like it that way. MORE INDEVIDUAL control.
