Ive said it before and what the heck hear it goes again. You know who the top guys are. I mean the ones who produce day in and day out. Get them together and go to a bar. decide to change things.
How long do you think the contractor will survive if everyone starts saying no to the free stuff. But you have to have sullotions to there problems also. Dish wants 7 day a week installs. So suggest a 10 day rotation. But above all grow some balls and do something. And I know how hard it is, Where I am the manager has these guys so brainwashed that they think they have it good.
So dont think I dont feel your pain. But We need to start doing stuff as a group and not an indevidual. Sure it feels good to tell the boss to go skrew himself but if one guy does it alone he loses his job. If a whole crew does it the suits start to tremble.
