14 years almost and im burnt out. I started with primestar, no hassles, time was given to do the job correctly, no rush, good converstaion with the customers and better yet, a paycheck every friday.
Now most companies I see are about quantity, not quality. 4 bounced checks last contractor, and continuos lying. Now the contractors want us to do more and more of what i feel is thier job.
Unfortuanely finding reliable contracts in the satellite installation
business these days is like russian roulette. dtv nor dish doesnt care because we are sub contractors so they have no liabilty.
Im not burned out on the job, Im burned out on where this industry has gone.
