To All Contractors That Were In Puerto Rico

All contractors that were doing the upgrade in puerto rico 2004, and did not recieve their pay or did not get what they where owed please contact me at (-REDACTED-) . The company that was burning everybody is now sending 1099's to even the people that never got payed. I dont have to say the company name "YOU KNOW WHO U ARE". Everybody must get together on this and contact the I.R.S. Fruad Hot Line at 1-800-829-0922, and put a stop to this. Any information please contact me.
