On 12/28/2004 Centennial Communications Corp.
sold its wholly owned subsidary, Centennial Puerto
Rico Cable TV Corp to an affliliate of Hicks,Muse,Tate
& Furst Inc. for approximately 155 Million in Cash.
Centennial currently serves ~74000 Subscribers
in the southern & western ends of Puerto Rico.
25 Million from above will be used to fund the
Build-Out & Upgrade its recently purchased Wireless
aquisitionsin the Midwest & Southeast (6 states)
Hence in consideration of network replacement &
Upgrade in Puerto rico, this company is evaluating
the industry, & competitve and technological developments
Hicks, Muse,Tate & Furst are worth over 50 Billion &
own 250 million invested in RCN
