The first thing to do is to place a lean agents the company and its assets, If it is an individual then place a lean agents his home trucks tools ect. Then take him to court over the matter. Get documentation photos, invoicing or proof of payment from how had to complete the work ect. If he dose not pay then seize and sell his home, trucks tools ect to collect your money. Its not the nice way but it is the legal way and you will get paid.
