seems to be, comcast was hinting around about not paying for a digital box install, as well as modems have dropped from 24 an install, to as low as 12. and outlet activation same trip less than 2 dollars. no matter what anybody says, we need to get organized(not necessarily a union). and comcast reaises their rates 10+ percent per year citing "rising labor costs"...
go figure.
P.S. I wonder whether its the MSO lowering the rates, or the prime.
