You got yourself into this, so get yourself out-"Un-Screw" it. Go to the "big3" and get credit detail and write (with another Xanax, with ettiquite this time; no judgemental blather) why you are desputing the claims made against you. Have someone proofread it. Send them in.

Have your collectors provide proof that the terms of purchase if were not written/authorizd by you. you have that right. Ask for documents, or tell them to leave you the Hell alone.

In time the credit bureau HAS to respond. It is the law.

Anyway, tat2dsingledude, good luck-use your head-not your emotions to controll what might bite back at ya. Just dont go postal, right?
