ran a small system in the mountains above los angeles. tired od buying 10 foot dishes to follow new satellite positioning so went with a single dtv dish with dual lnb and multiswitch. output is channel 3 or 4 so hit modulator to change to specific channels and pump in to amp for distribution. switchman had it right. piece of cake but you got to go through a dealer to get the equipment and you have to have a controoled environment or you'll be replkacing equipment regularly. a/c bill can get tough depending on your location. we were able to retain our old modulators. saved us a little dough. the c-band stuff we used for target practice.
