i was going home for the weekend and i couldnt wait to leave town and go home. i had forgotten to check out of the hotel by 11:00 so i was in a big hurry to make sure i was checked out and get the heck out of there.
when i got to the hotel i had my visor down in my truck so i didnt see the awning. this was no cheap awning. i hit the awning going about 20 mph. i was just going to zip right in and check out. didnt notice the clearence height.
the owner comes running outside and he tells me it gonna take 10,000 dollars to fix. by the time the cops left it was 100,000.
yeah, so dont leave your visor down.
