You need to find out who her Provider is and contact the Web Master
show him your info you have obtained on this person and he should suspend her account. Also I would hire a Private Investigator and find
out as much info on this woman as you can then file a restraining order in her city and state. Make sure you follow through on all the info gathered to show the DA you are serious about what you are doing.
If you become to zelous in your pursuit of this woman the DA will think you are also a nut job. So speak in a mono tone voice and never show any inflection in your voice.
