Cable in the Classroom is supported by the Cable industry with the direct participation of the local Cable company...go to "ciconline.com" for more information.
You might want to go to "edlinc.org" to find out more information on E rates. E rates provide discounts for public and private schools and libraries and not always just to those at poverty levels either. This takes a lot of research and legwork from school administrators and others who choose to become involved however but it might be worth checking into. Also you may check with the Universal Service Administration Company at "www.sl.universalservice.org" for more information or check fcc.gov. Finally your school may want to approach the local Cable operator to find out what there position is on providing service to your school.
..........................good luck
beep...beep.....gotta go!
