Cable in the classroom

Does anyone know how to find out about how to get free cable into the school rooms. My church has just opened up a school and we are trying to get cable to the building. Someone from the cable company came out to the school to give them a quote, but I contract for the cable company in the area and have run underground to many schools in the area and was under the impression that it didnt cost the schools anything. The school is in Delaware (I dont think that matters) I would like to know for sure before I ask at the company. Any help would be appreciated!!!
