My phone lines were damaged.....flooding in Southern California, so I called the phone company and went through the automated system, no option to go to a live operator.....anyway, I finally get to where I could make an appointment for a technician to fix it, and they told me I would have to wait until Monday January 17 between 8am and 7pm....Whats up with that? That's unbelievable to me, wait a week for my office to have a working phone and fax line. Whats a girl to do? I am not good at phone stuff myself, I could have one of the guys here fix it, but will that create a problem for future repair service from the phone company? What I have going on is some major static....like a strong wind storm how can I fix it?
