If not the fuse, take a volt/ohm meter and read your battery voltage,if the battery is dead or showing negative voltage you could have a wiring problem causing the battery to be charged to negative polarity. The charger wiring connecting the meter itself could be correct and the battery wiring be backward killing your battery. Pop the case on the meter exposing the lugs on the female end of your power hook up take your readings there and at the battery with the charger hooked up. If you can't figure it out pm me and I'll send you to Paul Legree , thats what he does for a living. He has been in our Industry a long time, I've know him about 25years .You can trust him to shoot you straight. Hope this helps.
