I dont know if its like this everywhere but in my part of town dish is having a tough time keeping compitant installers. They are practically begging for people w/ pulses. My answer to more work for the same or less pay is just say no. stand up for yourselves guys and gals. What you do takes talent, face it your a sales rep/customer service rep/desighn engineer/phone teck/sat teck and electrician of sorts all wrapped into one. You cant pull an 18 year old kid out of school and send him out to do installs. Back eachother up when crap comes down from corperate and you will find that the boss will discover a way around "pics" and things like that.
