We've been having to do that for Dish installs AND upgrades for quite some time now. 4 photos--The house number, the dish, the point of entry to the house, and the ground. (not the ground block, but where it's grounded to.) No photos, no pay. Now you got guys taking extra photos of the grounding so they build up a stash of photos to throw in when you're to lazy or rushed to ground the system. When, and if, that job is QC'd or another tech goes out there on a trouble call and sees it's not grounded it's time to say goodbye cuz you're all done.
The photos are nothing compared to some of the other ---- that's going on.
