Better yet, just make sure you have your ducks in a row. Know where they live, where they have family, FID#, etc. Bring it up in small talk, like you are interested int their lives. Verify it, then when they try not to pay, make them an offer they can not refuse. Help them to see things clearly instead of a greedy, self serving way. Always worked for me. 22 years, not lost a dime, so there has to be something to it. Psychotic, maybe, but it I tend to like results instead of meaningless words and hot air up the ass routine.
