or another...... Go to who they work for... even if it is the cable
company ... tell the story... give all the fact's .... tell them that
they are a third party benifitary ... and threaten attaching a lein
on the system.. I have had to do this a couple of time's, and I
got paid.... If somebody else is benefiting off the work you preformed...THEY ARE LIABLE.....
