haven't had any trouble with the d-10's. could be a bad multi-switch. that has happened. the only problem i've had with them was me. forgot to tell the damn thing to look for the triple oval in which case it won't accept the foreign or high def programing. trouble call for nothing!!!. let me know what you came up with. doesn't sound like a receiver problem. later, mike m.
