Duck, I know how you feel. Been in this business for 19 years and I never seen these prices like this myself. But keep your head up cuz, it will be alright. As for your girl, there are thousands. Take your pick. Life is way to short to be unhappy or miserable.
Anyway best of luck. Don`t give up on the women there are great ones out there. I`ve got one. However as you well know they are few and far between.
