a major network in Florida wants to air my story , they want to know about companys like yours who took advantage. I sent a copy of my agreement which reads.

Troy we agreed at $110.00 per hour for a two man line crew,$75.00 per day for expences for each man. We had also agreed to coax splicerstheir rate will be $45.00 per hour. 75.00 per day for expences for each man. We also agreed 1 supervisor per every 5 construction crews $30.00 per hour. 1 supervisor per every 10 splicers $30.00 pre hour. 1 supervisor per every 10 drop crews $25.00 per hour. to drive 1 construction truck $20.00 per hr. to drive 1 spliceing truck. if PM Cable aquires 10 or more construction crews Western Networks will pay $120.00 per hour. anything over 15 splicers Western Networks will be paying $40.00 per hr. Western Networks also agree to pay PM Cable $19.00 per drop also $75.00 for expences including hotel rooms and fuel.

David now both of you myself and 40 others know what really happend. So PAY me . Mr.Riddall s not going to like the 6:oo news nor will system 2 so just pay me. we spent $40.000. trucking all across this state with you directing us for 9 days before you breaking the agreement and only working 4 men. leaving me to blame. I have planty of witneses to the **** you 2 put me thru. We have not recievd any travel or perdium or any thing to cover the loss caused by western networks and byrd communications.
