Re: boxing in poles

This rule was established prior to the equipment being utilized today to change out a pole. This subject should be finalized at the pre construction meeting: follow power Netrl line, follow bell's attachment, frame all plant street side, back side, if rebuild-use same hole, etc, etc. It's my guess this project didn't have a pre construction meeting with power, bell, cable operator to go over contact heights, attachments and basic construction information.
