You just need to get with a good company who pays well. They're far and few inbetween, but find yourself a good company to work with and stick with them in your area.
The biggest problems with most companies doing these installs is that they want the payoff now rather than build a reputation for good work and reliable pay. So they will screw you out of $1500 rather than pay you well and keep you working for a long time and make 10X that ammount a year.
Just watch who you work for....there are alot of scammers and slugs in this buisness.
