Seen 2 contractors trying to underbid each other on splicing and same thing happened. Price was so low that the guy couldn't get me to do it. He had some hacks in there and they lost their @$$. The system itself lost out in the end though. Really sucks and just goes with the way things are going these days I guess. At least around here.
