If your input levels are right, do your input levels match your prints? And your footages are right( I think GW has a point there) I have run into footage problems on many projects, I would check to make sure you have the right chips, (hybrid internals) for that design, and I will second the question, why are you humping up channel 70? Is it some kind of AGC spec for that design?
