How do you put a lien on a customers home when the customer got the equipment for free and never owed anything for equipment nor the install? Liens are usually placed on a house when the customer owes somebody money right? Like a AC man putting in a new unit and the customer deciding not to pay the final payment or something like that right? Wouldn't you have to put a lien on the company itself that sold the equipment and paid another company to do the install on the customers so the customer did not have to pay? I just dont see how that will fly, anyone?
