Actually you do see the phone company putting temps on the geound . In fact I did am install two weeks ago where the phone company was at the same address I was hooking up service and they laid a temp. BUT the whole issure is that Comcast did not take care of it in a reasonable time. Like I said before I wold have tripped over along with my whole family cousins included caught the cabel on the bumper of my car and pulled off my bumper ECT. Who would be in the hot chair in court then.!!!!
