first,i would smack it with the mower 5 or 6 times,then the weed eater,If it on your property,it is your property,just like the wall jack,junction box,tv and computer it is hooked to.so someone missed spongebob or their soaps,it upsets me that customers will die without their cable.Thats also why installer just dont put cable thru windows and doors.YOU DONT SEE THE ELECTRIC AND TELEPHONE COMPANIES LEAVING CABLES LYING AROUND. ITS REALLY CALLED LAZY TECH SYNDROME.god forbid comcast had to put new customers on hold to finish their work for people who had already paid their bills...uh
