If the guy did the work, then pay up. Sounds like your a Nit-Pickin Paper Work Nazi. And you can shove those Certs. A test and piece of paper don't make a man. Get your signatures and your information boxes filled in and pay what you owe. The guy's making you money at little to no cost to you. What? are you looking for a 100% profit margin?
