why don't we get our own contracts? because we KNOW we can't afford to get them. I give 100% in everything I do whether I like it or not!!!!! I hated cable with a passion for years, yet still did a good job!and if everyone could get our own contracts, YOU would be back installin like the rest of us! as for us relying on others to get the work for us, the MSO's won't talk to singles like me!(can you say DUH!!!). as for the 27,000 dollar hit, YOU need to be prepared for such setbacks, not giving excuses for it!!!!!!! if you can't afford to cover your techs, don't attack us for holding up our ends of the contracts, and expecting YOU TO UPHOLD YOURS!!!!!
