We need someone to clean up this mess damn fast. Anyone who thinks it's somehow a good thing that we're "fighting them there instead of here" is nuts. It's incomprehensible that we protected the oil ministry while allowing a major military installation with so many weapons to get looted. The more we learn about what's going on, the more it looks like we played right into Bin Laden's hand.
