Sprinkler company probably cut the main line underneath the driveway while boring . It would then be ir-reppreble until a new span under driveway could be installed . A temp would be necessary , but , should have been placed on a fast track ( hot list ) , due to the liability involved . The home owners best recource would have been to contact the F.C.C. , if the temp was not removed after a reasonable amount of time .
