Re: South Beach/ Ft. Lauderdale

I hear ya Jerry... I have my CCW for my Glock model 22 (.40 cal), I always carry. This night was so crowded, and I was with a buddy, so I left it in the truck - I'm glad I did. These were the punks that sneak up and take stuff - you know the kind - no balls - straight pu$$y punk MFers. I saw two guys walking away kinda funny-like, but I thought for sure I was just seeing things.

It can happen anywhere - I always lock my stuff everywhere... even on my acreage here in AZ. I live out in the sticks on 3.3 acres, one day I am going around the edge of the property checking the fence line and I notice something missing... couldn't place it exactly cause I have piles of crap everywhere... then I realized I was missing 3 mobile home axles - they were all brakes even (150# each). The tires were still there, I have a ton of tools and good stuff outside that I just can't fit inside my shop - none of it was touched.

I am still mistified... the only thing I can figure is, that a setup crew was in the area doing a tear down and had the wrong size axles. Or, someone scared them off - but I am tight with my neighbors and never heard a thing.

It can happen anywhere at anytime - when you least expect it. Watch your backs everyone - lock everything, look to see if anyone is watching you, clear your seat and dash of anything from sight, that they would want to break in for, don't leave stuff in the back of your truck, most of all - pay attention to your gut - it has never failed me.

Good luck and big money to everyone in the field,

Vic
you need to have enough wisdom to keep from making the wrong decisions but enough courage to make the right ones
