Just my thought!! If your a contractor and you hire someone (a sub) to work under you even if you have a workers comp waiver beware!!! A guy working as a sub for me got hurt on a job we were on he had a waiver signed everything was "legal" but we are still being sued. Now he may not win the battle but we have to pay alot of money for attorney's . Also make sure you check into each states Workers Comp Laws, some state do not allow waivers.
