Fiber Length Question

I'm more of a coax guy then a fiber guy, so my fiber knowledge is limited to hanging or burying it. My question is, we have a 500' fiber run to install, two fiber cables, one 9ct and one 24ct. It is in an extremely high end complex of high rises. we are pulling through a 2" conduit that all ready has three coax lines in it. We believe the conduit is partially collapsed so we can not get the lines through.

The complex sits on the edge of a marina, and the way it is set up, even a directional bore would be next to impossible, nor would it be allowed by the owners of the complex.

Our only other option is to bypass the lines using two old conduits that go around the area, the problem is that it would add about 800 or 900 additional feet to the run, bringing the total length to about 1400 feet.

Does any one know how this would affect the final output of the fibers at end of the run, or if it would affect it.
