Direct activation/installation is now answering phone as global satellite (800-290-7165) if rep"s can remember the name. I was told someone would be in contact with me from global within48 hrs.no one has called. Rep said global was takeing over work and would pay contractors. Iwill beleave it wheni see it !!!
