Yes what they said there is a lot to think about, plus cordinating with tenants to get in the units, programming, and who's going to operate it and get the revenue, and maintaining the system do you have service contract in mind for after, just use your hourly rate add in fuel, windshield time, and parts. It does not end at the completion of the install, but you can make good money doing it. Good luck.
