The prices depend on alot. Are you using a small dish and a reciever for each channel? if you are you will need a modulator for each channel so the customers can use there tvs reciever to change channels. Or you can use a multiswitch type combiner and a dig set top for every tv. Lots to think about. If your going to maintain the property yourself than I suggest a higher grade of headend equipment.
