to be honest...... I am sure CTIS was a great company to work for when it was small... They have gotten too big and lost sight of what is importaint... I have worked for a few small companies... and several huge ones... With the exception of Worldbridge (WB was ran locally by the guy who created the local contractor company, sold his company and contract to WB and was kept on to run things....) all the big companies sucked... The dollar is the bottom line. With the smaller companies, they look out for you, and will fight for their employees.... again, this depends on the owner as well...
For that exact reason... I dont see CTIS staying as big as they are for too much longer. I think they will either shut down entirely, or start to back off and regroup and go small and start over... I figure about a year to two years before they go down.
