All your hear say is right on...
Spent a month there splicing coax... never have I seen easement as such. People are nice as all get out, even the work is easy... it's just getting to the work that kills you.
A month of work and I believe I was able to bring home ~$4000. And that's busting it everyday, including Sundays.
Did a couple fiber locations, those seem to be all accessible. Made a good chunk on the little bit of light I spliced.
Over all... Puerto Rico is a great vacation spot!
