A couple of our aerial construction/splicing guys returned from this project. Big surprises for them. They are real sharp and had plans to install some serious footage. Heard they were required to climb over gates onto roofs to access strand. Had to jump from roof to roof carrying lasher and pulling fiber. Access was very difficult. Strand was in "close proximity" to power, resulting in several inavoidable close calls. Sounded like the project is in severe need of experienced management. Just want to put out the word I received and possibly help my telecom building brothers to not make the same mistake.
