BR we are using it is actually a 7246, I don't know if that makes a difference. Also I forgot to mention that there is another node combined on the same port and its modems carriers, when looking at the return on a spectrum analyzer in the headend, appear to be coming back at the proper level.
I did notice in looking at our SNR grapher that it appeared that it might have been rebooted several times.
