dtv and dish contractors are just the same ,been in catv 24 years now mainly installs but have done just about all trades in the buisness am doing rev activation now and fiber splicing good $ but same scenario as the installer,when i started doing sat it was for a catv cont, who saw the almighty $ there and jumped on board, that was primestar days 94, but started out about 100.00 for single ,when dtv came into play i started about 85.00 for single i hear from my neighbor whos a super for ironwood / contractor pays about 50.00 plus alot more driving ,which meens,more gas which meens more$ plus longer hrs and so on and so on
