Well reported. This industry became a cheap industry because most of the CATV owner made a lot of money before satellite came and most of them did not know what to do when the satellite came in and the only way to compete was to do cheap work and lie about doing good system modernizing like installing 500 MHz rebuilt equipement and make believe their system was capable of supporting 750 MHz. They deserve what they got after lie...lie.... lie... lying on the modernizing of their system.
