7200 on the same pole with CATV plant, old build. I also tried hooking him up to another port on the tap same thing. Next tap is a few spans away, truth is I don't think the CATV co. is gonna fix this. So all i know is it's a problem from the tap to his house. Also i might add, I looked into this and no other subs have high speed from the particular tap, and no other subs have this prob.
